"Gezellig hoor ontbijten tijdens het stofzuigen (not!)"

De ligging en combi van grand cafe restaurant, bioscoop en hotel in 1.

Met oud en nieuw 25-26 hier voor het eerst gelogeerd en gegeten in grand cafe. Liep volledig in het honderd met eten. Ongelukje in de keuken en vol restaurant, 4 uur gewacht op eten en dan moest het alsnog terug naar de keuken.. Personeel deed er alles aan om het om te draaien maar dat lukte niet helemaal. Drankje gekregen van de zaak en ietsje korting op de rekening. We gunden dit hotel op een mooie plek een herkansing. In Juni 26 hier drie dagen gelogeerd. Duurste kamer met ontbijt (+- 200 euro per nacht). Eerste ontbijtdag om 9.45 aangeschoven aan het ontbijt, werd er al gestofzuigd met een zeer stinkende stofzuiger. Bij receptie aangekaart en we voelden ons niet helemaal serieus genomen, het kwam er op neer dat we maar eerder moesten gaan.ontbijten, we gaven aan dat het ontbijt tot 10 uur duurt dus dat voor 10 uur stofzuigen niet erg klantvriendelijk is. Volgende dag toch maar eerder ontbijten, nu om half 10. Werd er weer gestofzuigd, nu geen stank meer maar wederom niet gezellig, geen muziek te horen (die wel aanstond) en bijna geen gesprek te voeren. Besloten nu even niets te zeggen. Derde dag half 10 ontbijt wederom stofzuigen om half 10 en dan tot na 10 uur....Navraag gedaan blijkt dus in opdracht van de manager dat er om half 10 gestart moet worden met stofzuigen tijdens het ontbijt. Wij waren met stomheid geslagen en hebben dan ook besloten om hier niet meer terug te keren ondanks de mooie plek en een paar wel vriendelijke medewerkers die hier ook niets aan kunnen doen. Ontbijt van ongeveer 40 euro voor 2 personen 3 dagen lang onder het genot van een stofzuiger, nee voor ons was dit niet klantvriendelijk.

Televisie werkte niet, eerst geen afstandsbediening, dan slecht signaal Personeel leek deels gestrest, was niet erg aardig. In de hal bij de receptie mocht soms niet gepraat worden.

Geen gebruik van ontbijt gemaakt. Locatie was mooi. vlak bij centrum. personeel vriendelijk.

Alles was goed naar ons zin.
