Ontbijt was erg beperkt/veel op. Personeel benaderde me meermaals met argwaan of ik er wel mocht zijn.

Locatie uitstekend.

De laatste keer dat we in Figi waren was vier jaar geleden. Het inchecken aan een scherm is onpersoonlijk en verloopt niet heel handig. Ontbijt is goed, niet geweldig maar goed. Het bijvullen was wel een probleem. De hele tijd was alles op, dat is best slecht en ging vroeger wel anders. Het lijkt alsof er niemand is die de boel in de gaten houdt. Bedden veel te zacht.

Mooie ligging makkelijk te bereiken

Erg warm op de kamer en geen mogelijkheid om te regelen. En gelukkig was het nog niet erg warm buiten. Raam openen kon wel maar gaf veel straat rumoer.

"Mooie plem, jammer van de rest."

Het ontbijt en de gastvrijheid van de horecamedewerker. De kamer is eenvoudig ingericht, schoon, en het bed slaapt prima.

Inchecken op een tablet onder begeleiding van de receptiemedewerker. Knettergek. Laat die mensen gewoon zelf eer hebben van hun werk. Uitchecken onpersoonlijk via de tablet, geen ruimte voor vragen (stuur mail) of meteen factuur op bedrijfsnaam (stuur mail). GEEN airco op de kamer!!! Ook geen stopcontacten naast het bed. Gelukkig had ik een kamer met schuifpui zodat ik het 's nachts kon laten afkoelen, anders was het te warm geweest om te slapen. Keuken dicht na 21u. Ook geen mogelijkheid meer voor een dessert. Alleen nog borrelbites. Erg vervelend als je later aankomt of terug komt. Ongeïnteresseerd avondploeg. Ik kom hier waarschijnlijk niet terug.
