Great location, just in the center near some popular bars and places to go out. Amazing view from the room.

Close to railway, very clean and tidy. But the time for dinner buffet was too early, it ended at 20:30.

The hotel is located at the central business district, with active nightlife nearby in various bars and coco park. The hotel breakfast buffet has a large variety of Choices covering both Chinese and western style breakfast preferences. The staff are friendly and alert, speaks good English. The rooms pack a strong A/C which’s a god sent in Shenzhen ‘s humid summer !

Well located hotel quite near Coco Park Shopping Centre and Metro. Room and bathroom on club floor were good and pool area was quiet and nice. However the club lounge was closed due to it being a national holiday. Other facilities offered in lieu were just the usual breakfast dining area and the lobby bar. I would have appreciated it if I had been told this before being allowed to make the booking as I do not think it is right to sell a Club room and pay extra without the facilities fully available. As is often the case in China, staff English away from the front desk is poor. I tried to use the Service call to get housekeeping and they could not understand me. Front desk concierge was helpful and spoke good English.

The cafeteria in lobby is unreasonable. My partner wanted to have a dessert and he ordered one. I was forced to oder something so I was able to sit there with him.

Lovely hotel especially if you are upgraded to a better room. A couple of minor grouses. There is really nowhere to sit in the hotel waiting to be picked up except in a very public area. Generally the staff were vary helpful. Will always stay there when in Shenzhen if possible and the price is right.

Room was very damp and the air filter didn't work well. The room service was good, but the room smelled like old smoke and the AC temperature didn't work as well.
