Somewhat stuffy

Central location, walking distance to the subway and bullet train station. Malls nearby with restaurants and bars. Got upgraded upon check in. Good value.

A very good hotel One or 2 minor points - the gym was too hot, the dining room at breakfast was very busy and the staff did not refill the buffet quickly enough, the rooms are not overly large but certainly adequate for one. However, overall, I would rate this hotel highly.

Would love to stay here again. Easy walk to Futian station bullet train with our luggage. Short walk to Coco market shops and a short taxi ride to the Dongman Pedestrian street market. Concierge was most helpful, especially Howard.

Excellent location in walking distance to Futian station bullet train. Excellent choice of food for breakfast included. Our concierge was most helpful and we would gladly come back and stay here again.

The hotel is good. Unfortunately the disco next door played extremely load music until 5:30am. The vibration from the bass feel like the room next to engine room of a larger cruise ship.

One block from a metro station (where lines 1 & 3 intersect). Trendy bars for millennials even closer.

Will go back, lovely hotel, visited the gardens & saw a beautiful show about 5000 years culture, spectacular customs

Staff is efficient but cold. Not sure I’ll go back.
