The Marco Polo is our forst choice of hotel when traveling to Shenzhen! Central location, walking distance to the subway and bullet train station. Malls nearby with restaurants and bars. Staff are always extremely accommodating, very professional and english speaking. We look forward to staying with you again very soon.

"Staff needed more training"

Not a 5 star hotel. Staff are not trained well for customer service. No greeting at all time. Room generally clean but small. Toilet door is broken. The noise from a disco in front of hotel makes us mad at night.

The room is quite small but the price is not really cheap. We reserved for two breakfasts and when we arrived the staff said we only ordered one. After checking, they found that it was their mistake but they didn’t even apologise to us. This, their service was not good. The hotel is in a good location, few minutes walk from the subway. The breakfast was so-so. Anyway, I won’t visit this hotel again.
