Most of the facilities have been closed due to the Chinese New Year. Hotel staff were not very friendly and helpful, most of them not very eager to answer your questions. Breakfast buffet was just so-so, not much choices on the food.

Close to subway station, many bars and pubs around but it's a safe area. It's worth for it being a 4.5 to 5-star hotel. Really large room and bathroom that you can see views while showering (was at 36/F). Nice renovation, very clean and comfortable. Great experience there. Only one thing to mention is I booked the room 3 hrs before check-in but staff couldn't find my booking, I needed to give credit card for payment first (hold fund) until next day they found my booking. Not their fault though.
