"Nice and comfortable "

This is the 2nd time that i stayed here. Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. What I noticed is missing is the employees aren't well trained at the front desk and restaurant.

Good hotel, new and modern. Courteous staff with at least broken English, no problem with communication. Walking distance to a huge shopping centre and subway. Lots of eating choices. Definitely will return.

Stay 2 nights during Chinese New Year. Feb 9-11, 2024. No heat in the room. Freezing cold for the first night. Checked with front-desk the next morning and to my surprises to find out an upscale brand hotel has no heating system setup. I was given a portable heater for the 2nd night. Front-desk did not tell me at check-in. I would not have selected this hotel if I had known this in advance.
