Loved having a hot tub and pool with great temperatures

The service was ok and the facilities were fine. However , the cost per night is high compared with other places that gives you the same service. And the worst part was the air conditioning, it does not work properly, does not get cold enough for the room size. My brother was in another room on a different level and had the same problem with the A/C. When we give the complaint the employees, they told us that the temperature does not go lower 😠. So, for that I would not recommend the place as we used the room only for sleep, not to be there all day.

The room above us had people who were making lots of thumping of people walking all night. I called the front desk, but it still persisted. Maybe if the hotel wasn’t fully booked, they should space people out better.

Attendant that checked me in wasn’t too friendly, everything else was good.

There was still 30 minutes remaining for breakfast and hot food items were not replenished
