SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fort Myers Airport

Very friendly guest service. Only slept there.

They had me run credit card twice with out being able to tell me how much they were charging. Seemed putout I even asked.

Girl at the desk was not very helpful and experience on trying to add days are rebook for a future reference We just finally gave up Also, when you pay that kind of money, expect a better place the place needs some work

I was very disappointed in this hotel's condition for $177.00. The rooms were in poor condition including broken furniture. The desk was missing support on one leg and it was just propped against the all, bathroom mold, old carpet and missing light bulbs from fixtures. The staff reported that the hotel will be undergoing a complete renovation soon but this is not acceptable for current visitors who are expecting better from a Marriott property. The hotel was in a good location, the pool was beautiful, the room layout was nice and spacious and the staff attentive but I hope upper management will adjust the price accordingly as this has made me question staying at one of their properties in the future as I was expecting a better experience.

Disappointing check-in. Chose facility for airport shuttle service and then was told they wouldn’t help me get to the airport when I needed to. May have 24/7 front desk but not 24/7 shuttle service! Unfriendly check-in. Matter of fact, live with it, attitude. Not what I would expect from Marriott. I would have gone elsewhere had I known the unknown fine print.

There were about a dozen unopened cartons in the reception area which looked sloppy. The batteries for the TV remote and the thermostat had to be replaced. The ceiling of the room had some kind of repair and needed painting. And so that the wrong people don't get blamed, the receptionist staff and all other workers were helpful, friendly, courteous and professional. The manager should get the heat. Compared to other available properties, this room was grossly overpriced.

Best breakfeast. Excellent room. Great staff. Shuttle service on time and dependable.,

We checked in and they gave us keys to the wrong room when we went to the room someone was already there

Excellent & very quick service. Couldn't ask for more. Close to the airport and the hotel.

There was a flood from the ceiling due to the hotel being under construction. We were not told when we booked it that it was under construction and the flood soaked our clothes and belongings. We tried to get an incident report made and the front desk said they couldn’t do one until manager came back 4 days later. We want our money back, both for my room and my daughter who was down the hall.
