"Excellent"

Bed was comfortable, but the hotel needs work. The tub was rusted and the wall paper in the room was lifting up , some areas had water marks in the ceiling.

Room was dirty with stains on furniture and carpeting. Water stains on the ceiling, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and the bathroom tub surface was peeling as well

My flight from Burbank Ca to Dallas was cancelled after mechanical problems with the aircraft. That means I did not make the connection to Fort Meyers Fl American Airlines rescheduled my flights for Wednesday Jan 22 I was disconnected while calling Expedia I call the hotel directly and they told me could not reschedule because I booked through Expedia

"Worst vacation ever "

Under renovation-no pool, no breakfast area; service was in small conference room and food was stone cold: dust everywhere and I am severely allergic to dust; fire alarm went off twice at 5:00 am! We should have been notified before our vacation at the very least!!!
