Comfortable beds in cottage 167. Quaint area

No open tubing or skiing. Our family had two cottages; Cottage 166 was significantly dirtier and less cared for than 167. Cottage 166 smelled awful, musty and old. The table in that cottage was tiny and looked like a hodgepodge put together table made from scraps of other tables. The drain in the bathtub wouldn’t drain well and they never came to fix it after asking multiple times. Mulligans restaurant, service was friendly.. food was not good at all and overpriced. The pool area was fun for the kids however the slide wasn’t open when the online schedule said it would be, so in 4 days the kids never got to go down the slide. Also, the bottom of the pool floor is SO rough, multiple cuts and scrapes. Saw a couple kids there the last day with cuts on their faces and feet that were bleeding and they just kept swimming, grossed us out and we left.

I didn't think the concierge folks were particularly helpful with suggestions on area attractions or discounts. Almost dismissive of our presence at the desk. An example: we we offered a free wine tasting pass, but no one explained when or where it would be held and no one mentioned on site events we might want to try.

I am handicap and was with cane when checking in. However, I was given a cabin that had no hand rails to get into cabin I needed assistance to get in and.out of thd cabin. The cabin didn't accommodate my handicap condition. The only reason I didn't call to change cabin was due to my request for other family members to be lodged in the cabin next to mine. I did enjoy the atmosphere of the place and will return.

It was perfect! I’d most definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a nice time!
