Bluegreen Vacations Christmas Mountain Village, an Ascend Collection Resort

The property is nice and we enjoyed the pools.

We reserved a cottage for 6 people and I don't think those cottages are big enough for 6 people. And it's kind of annoying that there were only 5 dining room chairs and we had to call for bedding for the sofa bed. There was not near enough seating in the living room. The slider door handle was broken and it was near impossible to open it and the screen.

Cabins were nice, but smaller than appeared in photos.

Activities were less then expected.

Nice place - nice location.

Thought it was more of a camping place - no pit fire, no way to enjoy outdoors at the cottage.

The Cottage we were provided, 515, was exactly what we needed! As older ladies who were here to golf we definitely were pleased with the cottage. It was even on one of the holes of the golf course. We have played at Christmas Mt. for close to 30 years every year this week or the following week and this year due to the more humid weather we did get in 18 holes on Friday and even 9 holes playing the Pines on Saturday. The golf course was in excellent shape and you continue to improve it. We do plan on returning again next year and would love to be promised the exact same cottage, 515 if that would be possible. I'll have to make arrangements sooner and note that on our requests! It had been updated and the furniture was extremely comfortable, and beds were too. Thanks to that owner for the care it had been given and I believe we left it in mint condition. Look forward to staying at Christmas Mountain next year and can only hope to have the same cottage! Thanks!

We felt that the food in Mulligans was not up to its very good quality and tastes. The fish was not as good as it had been, we had broiled, and the burger was overdone, and it was not Mayonnaise that was provided but some cheap salad dressing. There are many discounts given with the bracelet but have to say that it would be nice to get a bit of a discount on golf when we stay.

Great for family gathering. Lots of green space with outdoor activities!!

Just a few disappointments. The large hot tub outside the indoor pool wasn’t working. The indoor, large slide wasn’t working and 4 paddle posts weren’t operational. Seems like everyplace you go in the Dells have this issue. Short staffed and none operational equipment.

Staff were on top of needs. As we asked for something, it was handled promptly.
