That my check in took longer than expected because of my name was backwards in the system. They couldn't find my reservation. People walking around the cabin area at 1230 am and 230 am talking loudly. Woke us up while sleeping

Loved our trip back to Wisconsin. First time in 5 years. Lot of memories.

We should have rented a place with two bathrooms...our fault

Cottages were comfortable and inviting. The outdoor hot tub was a nice addition.

There was only one mirror in our cottage. It would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms as well.

Location to the Crystal Grand was great. Lots of deer to see. People around were very quiet. Checking in was efficient.

I the mold in the bathroom. I contacted front desk maintenance. Maintenance came out and painted over it. Outside, sensor light was repeatedly going on and off. Needs to be reset or fixed. Housekeeping needs to dust and knock down webs. The bathroom needs another light fixture. Rather dark, but the rest of the rooms were good.
