The Room/Bed was comfy. Cottage well equipped with all essentials needed.

Porch deck was dirty,WiFi never worked even after tech came to fix issue which was not fixable. So had to Pay outside service for Hotspot. Lastly indoor pool was closed and was the very reason I booked at this location.

"Perfect location for the reason for our trip"

The villa we had was beautiful. The smoke alarm was beeping like it needed a new battery. I called and they fixed it right away.

I don’t like the time share talk pressure. I think if you say no once they should back off.

The cabin was nice and had plenty of space.

The cabin was not clean. Hair in the bathroom and beds. They did not make us aware that the indoor pool and outside hot tub were closed for renovations.

This is now our favorite place to stay in WI Dells. Beautiful property. Good restaurant onsite. Excellent hospitality. 2 bedroom cottage was perfect for our family of 4.
