"Respeto a cancelaciones en tiempo y forma, tanto vía telefónica como en recepcion"

La limpieza de cuartos

El que no respetarán la cancelación ya que había reservado 5 adultos y un niño, pedí cancelar un adulto vía telefónica, me dijeron que sí, pero nunca enviaron dicha modificación y en la recepción no quisieron cancelar un adulto para quedar 4 adulto y un niño, esto es ganarse el dinero a la mala

El estacionamiento, la habitación y la limpieza en general. El precio que se pagó por la habitación es poco con la calidad de servicio que ofrecen. Todo estuvo muy bien y nada falló, pedimos una plancha y la llevaron de inmediato.
