La posizione della struttura è molto bella, soprattutto le camere che affacciano sulla laguna, le camere hanno un piccolo giardino privato molto confortevole

Il menù del ristorante non è accettabile, la carta propone solo menu turistico senza nessuna possibilità di assaggiare la cucina locale (a parte la serata a tema sardo che è assolutamente rivedibile). Stesso discorso per la colazione che è internazionale quindi la sensazione non era quella di essere in terra sarda ma in qualsiasi altra parte d'Italia

"Waste of money and time they are not hotelier"

We made 2 room reservation at Hilton they send message that they upgrade us Which is different hotel it’s not upgrade it’s cheating. I saw Conrad while I was making booking but I prefer Hilton front of Laguna and we stayed different hotel !!! We went to Hilton door was lock no one pick up the phone it was nightmares there was no clear info Hilton is closed we will accommodate you in Conrad

Service staff was very rude Main restaurant breakfast and dinner too many times asking for room number restaurant was almost empty they asking reservation it’s crazy

Staff carino, spiagia vicina

Tampone usato nel cestino del bagno quando siamo arrivati, il letto ballava e facceva rumore ad ogni movimento e abbiamo dovuto chiedere di aggiustare le viti, la pioggia entrava in camera da soto la porta, il telefono per richiedere il shuttle interno non ha funzionato per 2 giorni Quindi: il servizio non era al'altezza
