Standards, and it's been a long time.We have been associated with shangrila.They have been hosting our lot of conferences with the ministry with industry.And we are very happy with all of the staff.The banquad the food and you know the entire team, especially to Banquet Manish Rajput, Manish Madukar, Parveen, Anmol, Prakash and Sudhir. Exceptional services and very welcoming gestures. Lastly our saviours are food dept. for good food being served to all of our guest Chef Prashant ChefJasvinder and Chef Vivek.

Would like to extend sincere thanks to the entire banquet team of Shangri-La for their outstanding support during our conference on 5th June. The setup, flawless food service, and the team's quick response to all our requests played a huge role in making our event a grand success. Our guests had a wonderful experience. The swimming pool should have a proper kids pool for toddlers.

"I had a great stay at Shangri-La Hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was very courteous, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The food and facilities were excellent. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay."

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. Some of my valuable items went missing from the room, and despite informing the hotel staff and management immediately, the issue was not resolved properly. I expected much better responsibility and support from a hotel of this standard, especially when it comes to guest safety and belongings. The response from the team felt unsatisfactory and unhelpful, and I did not receive any clear resolution or update. This experience has made me lose trust in the property, and I am extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. I hope the hotel improves its security and takes guest concerns more seriously in the future.
