Service provided by Mr. Hardeep, Mr. Manohar, Mr. Sanjeev and Mr. Hemant is outstanding.. The food qualtiy is really delicious.. Thanks to Mr. Jaswinder Chef.. The ambiance and all the arrangements done by this team is awesome.. We will definetely approach them for next time..

After five weeks travelling throughout India and staying in a variety of hotels, the Shangri-La New Delhi was a wonderful place to finish our journey. What makes this hotel truly special isn’t the building, the rooms or the facilities—although all of those are excellent. It’s the people. Every staff member we encountered seemed genuinely proud of their work and committed to making guests feel welcome. From the concierge and front desk team to the restaurant staff, housekeeping and room service, the level of warmth and professionalism was exceptional. One staff member in particular left a lasting impression. He worked within the housekeeping/room service team and communicated through sign language. Despite the language barrier, his kindness, warmth and beautiful smile somehow communicated more than words ever could. He brought a genuine sense of joy to every interaction and was a wonderful reminder that hospitality is about human connection, not simply conversation. He is an absolute credit to the hotel. The restaurant team also deserves special recognition. Throughout our stay they consistently delivered attentive, friendly service and somehow managed to make every meal feel relaxed and welcoming. In an industry where luxury is often defined by marble lobbies and expensive furnishings, Shangri-La New Delhi reminded us that true luxury is people who genuinely care. The hotel is filled with shining stars, and their collective warmth is what makes this property so memorable. Thank you for ending our Indian adventure on such a high note. We leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning.

We had our event in the ballrooms at the Shangri la on Sunday, 24th May. The hotel is beautiful and their service is always impeccable. I would specially like to thank their ballroom service staff including Mr Anup, Manish Rajput, Sudhir, Praveen, Zaid, Firoz, Sanjeev who made sure that all our needs were well taken care of and helped made our event a great success. We will surely continue to choose Shangri la for our events going forward as they always provide a great experience.
