The Shangri-la new delhi has been a great experience. My room on the 18th floor has a great view and is very comfortable. My favorite part is going up to the 19th floor to the horizon lounge. Everyone in Horizon is attentive and helpful whether it comes to drinks, snacks etc. Or when reservations are needed to the restaurants in the lobby. Their hospitality is top notch.

We stayed at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi yesterday and honestly it was such a lovely experience. The hotel atmosphere was very peaceful and luxurious. Rooms were super clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Staff was very polite, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile.Food was also very delicious and service was quick and professional. From check-in till checkout everything was smooth and well managed. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very relaxed there. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. Would definitely love to visit again soon ❤️
