One of the best luxury hospitality experiences I’ve ever had at Shangri-La Delhi! From the moment I arrived, every staff member made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A huge thank you to Mr. Anubhav at the Front Desk Reception incredibly professional, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. His hospitality and positive attitude made the entire stay smooth and memorable. Special appreciation to Mr. Manoj and MD Danish from the Wellness team for their exceptional service and care. Their dedication, calm nature, and attention to comfort created such a relaxing and refreshing experience. Truly outstanding service from both of them. And a very special thanks to Anjali from the Club Lounge for her warmth, kindness, and top-class hospitality. She made the lounge experience feel elegant, personalized, and absolutely perfect. However, I would also like to mention that the pool staff was quite rude and arrogant at times. I believe they need better guest-handling training, especially in situations by chance guests take pics selfie ‘just selfie’ not photos or anything then Staff should avoid speaking rudely in front of everyone, as it can make guests feel uncomfortable and affect the overall experience. But overall everything was superb Shangri-La Delhi truly knows how to deliver luxury with genuine care. The professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail by the entire team were beyond expectations. Can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommended!
