Everything about the hotel and the unit was great. The location is excellent, very close to the gondolas and heart of Whistler Village! The staff, especially the front desk team, were very friendly, efficient, and helpful! The major drawback was the noise level. Our unit was over the Sundial Place street and Blackcomb Way. Those roads stayed very busy and very loud essentially all day and all night. That was the only drawback. It wasn't nearly enough problem to discourage us from returning though. Overall, a great hotel and another great visit to Whistler.
Great location, close to the lifts and village.
Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Room in a good condition. Sauna was a plus. The only thing is that there were visible open space between A/C and the wall (you could see outside) and so the cold air was coming in, had to close it with towels to avoid getting cold at night, but that fireplace did help.
Big thanks to the front staff. You guys rocked it!
Older Reno , well kept gem , close to village
The property is getting tired around the edges - and the windows really need upgrading to double-pane, but its awfully convenient to the slopes and the kitchen is well outfitted for making meals.
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for three nights. It is very spacious. In the kitchen it has a dining table with large bench, which can have many people sitting together. Every night after dinner we had friends coming to play cards. it was really fun time together. The room is clean and the staff are very friendly. We get a small welcome gift in the room. And we also received some fun gifts again on the Christmas Eve. We’re touched by the kind gesture. Thanks for your help and kindness.
The rooms in the back of building back onto a main road for area. So very noisy. They really need to change the windows as they seem to be very old dual pane, and allow even people walking by, voices to be heard. Was a very nice room overall.
The rooms were large and extremely well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lift is a short walk away. The beds were relatively firm but comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a delightful stay right in the heart of Whistler village.
This is a great family property and the staff were fantastic! Would definitely recommend and will stay again.
