The extra cost of key for replacement. This is my first time to pay for extra key after being lost. Miller Apt didn’t charge any fee for extra key

Great city location near all night car parking facilities, good communication and excellent front desk staff. Room was very clean and comfortable, and good value for money

A little noisy in the morning but that is completely expected in an inner city location, that was all I could fault.

The room was spacious and clean, everything you need for a night cap. The location was perfect for our night out

Would have been nice to know before booking that there was NO parking at the premises, I had planned this stay for a work show and did not want to worry about parking, yet we still had to pay extra on top of the room for parking else where. I was able to get a cheaper car park rate by prepaying compared to the $30 the apartments were going to charge on top. I have also now been charged extra for the car park which now i have to chase for a refund. Not something i have the time for.

Good size, quiet, beds were comfy. Affordable. Great location.

There was a horrendous smell from the dishwasher that permeated the apartment. It smelled of sewage because the dishwasher would not drain properly. This should not have happened. Also, no additional blankets were provided.
