"Frome away from Home"

Great location - easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and off-site parking. The bed was comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out. Low-cost room. Friendly staff. Clean room.

The room looked very different to the photos (no balcony, no separate bedroom). Listing said toaster and there was no toaster (disappointing as I'd brought bread, etc to make breakfast). Toilet ran water constantly. Shower was ok until there was someone staying in the next room, then it just alternated scalding hot to freezing cold. Kettle was broken and caused steam burns when used (I alerted staff to this). Window fixings were barely hanging on by the screws when I opened the window. First night of stay there were road works all night outside, which were very loud in the room (not the fault of the hotel).
