Frome Apartments

Frome Apartments are well maintained modern apartments offering great value and a very central location in the city of Adelaide to Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment venues. We were going to a concert at the entertainment centre out of the city centre and it was a five minute walk to get on the free tram that took us to see our concert.

The cleanliness and modern, clean facilities.

Location was fantastic. Room was comfortable, bed was clean

Sad that the restaurant downstairs was closed. The apartment was a little tired but functional. The bed makers were not very good.

I like the location of the building its close to restaurants, shops and almost everything and the police station and easy to get a taxi.

The staff wasn't organised I contact them prior to our arrival saying that maybe we won't be there @ 4:30 since our arrival is 4: 15 pm so she told me if ever we can't be there on time at the location of the apartment I have to go to miller apartment which is the sister company , so we did and I went in and talked to the staff and she asked me to pay the bond which is normal cause that's the rules but the the thing that me and my kids hates is it took them for over an hour to give us the key for our room knowing that we have toddler need to rest and eat plus the taxi was waiting for us as we thought it won't take that long to get the key, so we decided to let the taxi driver to go as were still waiting for the key very poor customer service. And the lady who brought our key she didn't even say sorry or apologise of what's been happening why it took her so long to come to give us the key. And when we get to our room there was no bowl to use for my grandson foods so we decided to go out and go to the restaurant. Horrible experience.

Easy check in, friendly staff. Very clean and spacious room. Easy walking distance to Rundle Mall

Location, staff and the price.

The early close would be abit difficult to manage at first. However, it was well-informed and have plan to solve.

The room was fairly clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was good. Cleaning staff were attentive and helpful.

There was no parking and we were told they would give us a ticket for the Wilson carpark. We were given a ticket one day but they wouldn’t give us one for the other 2 days. Shower was small. Toilet roll holder was so close to the toilet that it kept getting knocked off. Reception was unattended for a lot of the time. When we arrive for the second stay the freezer was full of ice. The maintenance guy came and thawed out the next day but it still was a very effective freezer.

After hours check in was too far away.
