Frome Apartments

Great location. Nice balcony. Nice and clean. Large room. Easy walk to get the tram to the other end of the city.

When stepping out of the lift on our floor (1) it stunk of curry. A constant very strong cooking smell. They were also very light on the coffee facilities. We ended up going out and buying our own coffee and milk. It was also the absolute thinnest toilet paper I have ever encountered. Just appeared stingy with those nice little extra touches unfortunately.

Apartment was a bit small (but adequate for our needs).

For a one night stay, it had everything I needed. Nice and compact, all amenities provided.

After hours key collection was an epic adventure. With a suitcase and a big backpack to lug around, collecting keys from one location and then going to the other was a bit disconcerting

Location was great. Very convenient for all major sights / transport / hire car, airport, etc Staff were helpful & polite.

However, apartment is in need of a refurbishment. Bathroom in particular is in need of a bit of attention. Tea/coffee/sugar/creamer were not sufficient due 2 days x 3 persons. There was no issue to get more when requested, however, would have been nice to have had it to start with.

Nice clean tidy apartment suited what we needed.

It was as a little bit in need of a freshen up but affordable and comfortable

Everything was clean and worked well. Bed and shower were great.

There was a lack of kitchen items. Only 2 cups. No salad bowl or containers.
