Frome Apartments

The room is clean and well-lit with a nice view. I like the room service to make the bed everyday so the linens are always fresh. The place is also quiet especially at night. It was a good walk from Rundle Mall.

There was no microwave to heat up food and no cutleries to help stir the coffee.

Location. Close to shops & eating facilities. As I was a single traveller the room was very comfortable. It would also be ideal for a couple.

Nothing I didn't like. Happy with everything.

Handy location, comfortable bed

No staff were on the premises in the hours we were. Very few kitchen supplies (no tea bags at all, just a couple of sachets of instant coffee). They put a letter under our door saying we had to switch our key for a new one but we couldn’t as we were not in building when staff were, then they replaced our 2 keys with 1. Two signs in the room : do not disturb and don’t clean my room (but nothing to say if we did want our room cleaned). Hopeless, uninterested management.

Location was excellent liked being able to use machine on ground floor for snacks and ice cream reception very pleasant girl at front on arrival

Be nice if had a fan as bedrooms got hot as no fly screens on outside doors to let air in

Conveniently located. Arrived in evening so needed to collect key from partner business. Comfortable enough for a short stay. Vending machine with microwaveable meals available.

Great location, clean comfortable room. Perfect for our overnight stay.

Some extra coffee, tea and sugar would have been good. Also $5 for a bottle of water is insane, especially when only enough coffee for 1 cup each. Never paid for water in a hotel room before.
