Facilities outdated(small tv, few wall outlets accessible, larger or more pillows, outside sounds heard clearly inside, room could use a small microwave) and some better breakfast options.

Clean room, comfortable bed, inviting staffed Breakfast Room in its own easily accessible building a few steps from all the rooms, and having a large deck for eating outside if you like.

One or two more electrical outlets in main bedroom.
