"Good Stay with Room for Improvement"

The staff were nice and friendly. The dining hall was clean, and the food was good. The pool is well maintained, and the water is clean. There is free parking located under the hotel, which is very convenient. The room (suite) was okay. The location is good — not too far and not too close to the main attractions such as the malls and beaches.

The pillows could be more comfortable. The bathtub wasn't spacious enough. The corridors could have been cleaner.

נקי, מיקום סבבה אם יש רכב בריכה גדולה ונוחה העיצוב החדש חמוד מאוד

יחס של הצוות!!! אין חוסר שירותיות כזה. קיבלנו חדר עם בעיות בטלוויזיה, ביקשנו פעמיים להגיע לסדר. לא הגיע אף אחד רק יום למחרת קיבלנו סיוע וזה אחרי שניגשנו לקבלה שוב. כשדיברנו עם הנציגה בקבלה היא אפילו לא התייחסה לזה שיש בעיה ופשוט התעלמה. ראוי להגיד ״מתנצלים.. זה אכן משהו שייבדק״ קצת פוליטיקלי קורקט לא יזיק. אם את אנטיפתית, אל תהיי בקבלה. מאוד לא מאורגנים גם בינם לבין עצמם ודי נראים אבודים בחלל אני חייבת להודות.. דרוש שיפור דחוף.

חדרים לא אקוסטי. שומעים רעשים של משאבה במהלך היום. פקיד הקבלה, נתנאל, לא נחמד ולא אמין.

אחלה מקום אירוע, עלה לנו מעל הציפיות. רמת ניקיון גבוהה, קיבלנו חדר ענק של סלון וחדר שינה בנפרד. הצוות אדיב מאוד, החדר שלנו היה מוכן לפני הזמן והם התקשרו גם בטלפון לוודא שהכל בסדר, ארוחת בוקר טובה, סטנדרטית, בריכה טובה, לא קטנה מידי ולא ענקית. ראינו שיש משחקיה, גם היא לא גדולה אבל מתאימה לילדים.

המלון לא בלב המלונות, אם יש לכם רכב, החניה בחינם , צמוד לקאסה דה ברזיל
