פעם ראשונה במלון, חייבת לציין שקיבלנו חדרים לפני הזמן, חדרים גדולים, צוות אדיב. נחזור בטוח!!!

חדר אוכל צפוף מאוד, שולחנות ממש צמודים אחד לשני, לא היה נוח לעבור עם צלחות ….. בחדר אמבטיה אין פן לייבוש שער, דלת מקלחון היא קצרה, הכוונה חצי דלת, כל המים נשפכים מחוץ למקלחת ויש המון מים שעומדים, ירידת מים עצמה איטית מאוד במקלחת. מזגן היה מעט חלש

הצוות נהדר. באנו לליחה אחד וקבלנו חדר שלא כל כך מצא חן בינינו. ורק אמרנו ולא בקשנו שום דבר. לאחר חצי שעה התקשר אלינו אחראי משמרת מתיו ושדרג לנו חדר לסוויטה. זה היה ממש לא צפוי . היחס., התחשבות ותגובה מהירה. ארות בוקר הית טובה. לא חסר שום דבר. בריכה חמודה ונקי. תודה רבה לצוות של המכון ובמיוחד לבחור הנדיב שטיפל בנו ונתן לנו מענה שנתן לנו הרגשה נהדרת ושדרג את החופשה שלנו באלף דרגות. נחזור לשם שוב כמובן
