Good self contained apartment, can’t comment On available facilities as we didn’t use them. Excellent location, close walking distance to arts centre and public transport. Excellent staff, would stay again.

"Great location"

Close to the sites of Melbourne and walking distance to the flinders St station. Lots of greenery in this part of Melbourne which was lovely to see. There were a few things that could be improved in the hotel but overall we would stay again. There is even a pool on the 18th floor we didn’t use it though. Our room was a little tired looking in some places and well used cooktop once again we didn’t use it so can’t say of it worked or not. The only complaint and it was personal preference is the pillows were hard and horrible, next time we will bring our own. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was hit & miss and probably wouldn’t have that again on our next visit. But overall nice hotel lovely staff and clean enough.

An absolutely diabolical place, massively over sold on quality. On the busiest main road, mega noisy, huge building site as a view from the balcony. Room very dark, ‘care warn’ and in need of major refurbished. AVOID!

It wasn’t horrible but wasn’t amazing. I noticed all sorts of little things broken around the place as well as an elevator which was concerning and the hotel room we book also was meant to have a tv, which it did but nothing was working on it “technical issues” reception said which was just disappointing. So I would come back just because it’s easy to get around and it’s clean and nice but there were just mini things very annoying. But I know for next time to bring a laptop to watch something on
