Excellent location within centre of CBD, close to shops, restaurants and cultural venues.

Property was great . Could clean the foyer and lift,a bit dirty. Apartment and location were amazing . They need to do something about parking. They should make a deal with THE STRAND with parking . Overall we had a great stay and will stay again

Needs a bit of an update of furniture Also the air con does not reach the loft room as the unit is under the loft which meant it was warm up stairs and only got warmer when you used the shower. Recommend u install an air con in left room above.

Fantastic location, aged building but clean. Friendly and very helpful staff.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, the location is convienient to shops and trams. Although air conditioned at night it was stuffy in the loft apartments but cooler downstairs. The shower pressure was low and in the bathroom there was a paper wrapper and bobby pins between the bath and cupboard. The bed was comfy .

The location was great but the room smelled of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. It was very noisy all night outside with rubbish bins banging around and trucks Coming and going all night. Won’t stay there again. Quite dated decor and no hanging space for your clothes.

Wasnt very happy with shower took forever to warm and showerhead was hopeless. Beds were very comfy tho so was my pillow

Plenty of room in apartment, stairs not a problem (staff helped with this).
