USUSGreat water pressure! Older property showing wear, but perfectly serviceable. TV was mounted above wardrobe and was slow to connect the service. Carpet could have used a restretch.

No elevator, ice only in lobby. Very small TV in room.
USThe beds are too hard and there aren’t enough washing machines/dryers for the amount of people staying. Booking entire construction crews and baseball teams makes it difficult for the average guest to get access to the machines.
USBreakfast was a highlight of our stay with fresh waffles, yogurt, cereals, and muffins to choose from.
The carpets in our room were severely stained and didn't look like they had been cleaned in a long time. The sheets were clean but there were old make-up stains on one of the bedspreads. Everything else was spotless and well maintained.
USEvening staff was very friendly, and assistive.
Morning staff was less than friendly and fairly rude. Toilets ran all night, broken toilet seat pinching skin, hole in bathroom door. Staff was unfriendly when I asked about the lack of breakfast, ran out of products.
