More knowledgeable employee to work overnights
USmore food options would have been nice, instead of just waffles and other small items, and a pool would have been even better, it was very hot and humid this weekend here in Altus, Oklahoma, so having a pool to cool off would have been excellent. Staff was kind and friendly.
I had to change rooms at check in because they put me in a room without refrigerator or microwave. There was no internet. When I went to desk the gentleman that was 11 to 7 shift on 5-14 was on his phone and was sitting in his office and refused to get up. I brought my laptop to front desk and he rold me internet was full and ghats why I couldn't get on. I took a shower abd then realized i did not have a blow dryer. I went to desk where there was a new person at desk who said they had no blow dryers. So withbwet hair i had tobdrive to Walmart and buy one. Terrible!!!
USParking was good. Breakfast was disappointing. It was advertised as a fuller continental than it was. Mostly prepackaged things. At check out, they could not give us a printed receipt. They said we had to get that from Booking.com. We had signed a form at check in but they would not print that off for us
