No elevator. Soap and shampoo were minimal. TVs weren’t programmed so staff had to program them. Coffee was too strong. Breakfast options were minimal. Couldn’t use our AARP discount because of online reservation. There was no option to put in information.
Dirty room, no sheets for pull out bed ,the mattress on the pull out was disgusting,,hotel is nice, dishes dirty used sponge and it was nasty, hair in the tub on the toilets in the shower on the floors, stuff stuck on the eating table, OMG

No issues or concerns
Hotel needs a remodel. Carpet needs replacing; chair in room stained; toilet in room loose at base; missing drawer handle inserts; coffee machine was out of service' staff at front desk and housekeeping staff very friendly and accommodating.
One of the pillows had dry blood been washed put stain still there coffee machine did not work the 2 days I was there two lights didn’t work carpet stains
