The customer service.

The bathroom toliet looked like it would flush but the water came back up but not over flowing. It eventually flushed but I didn't use #2 because I was afraid it wouldn't go down so I waited to use the bathroom. The TV was hanging by the screw or the frame. The carpet stinks the AC wall turned off so we had to turn the AC unit on. It was overall gross but it was something I needed for my son Football camp. The staff was friendly but the overall facility needs cleaning and updated.

Property was clean. Staff was friendly. The man we checked in with was amazing and super helpful.

Water would not get hot. Had to take Luke warm showers. Had to track someone down to get trash taken out from the room and to get clean towels. We were not made aware at check in that the pool was out of order.

Nothing besides it being close to the college

It was too hot inside and bathrooms were poorly maintained

The sofa bed was thorn, and the pool was not working

It was not clean. The tub had some weird mat in the tub and it was moldy and had nasty hair trapped under it. The bathroom lights were all different types of light. The bathroom corner was rusty. The property was old and needs an update.

The breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

The ice machine on our floor was out of service and the pool was out of service, which was disappointing as we looked for a hotel with a pool.
