The location was quite easy to access

The staff wasn’t pleasant, housekeeping never came to clean or bring new towels, the breakfast was mediocre & the parking lot had little to no parking.

Location was good.

Staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming, you need to wait forever to get someone at the front desk for Anything. When we arrived to check in the lady there was on a call didn’t even acknowledge us just continued the conversation for about 3-4 minutes the call was from what sounded like a manager of some sort which made it worse. After she ended the call the Lady continued to do something on her phone then she finally asked me my name and just handed me my keys didn’t tell me what room or anything just said you’re good to go. Once we got into our hotel room there were guest running around knocking on doors and being very rowdy at all hours of the night. Hotel is very outdated which isn’t terrible it just needed to be maintained better for example shower was rusty And had soap scum on the showerhead and tub was pretty stained. Bed was very stiff and the mattress topper was very worn out. The curtains didn’t work well they didn’t stay shut. Phone wasn’t even functioning at all to call the front desk I had to call the hotel number found online instead of just pressing for the front desk.

Dirty! Not worth the money you pay. Rooms were dirty outside ventas were all broken there was wires everywhere l.

Convenient to 35 Highway

When you claim to have breakfast at a certain time. Especially for business travelers , the you need to have your breakfast served promptly at the time given . No excuses.

building is very old and smell bad, AC in the room is very loud I can't sleep
