I liked nothing about the property.

Everything! We asked for a new room, due to black mold and hole in the wall of the shower. Just to be moved into a room that had red stains all over the bedding and black crap on the pillow cases. Smelled horrible. The pool was nasty…… you couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool. The water looked like murky lemonade. The staff tried, but the front desk tried to accuse me of staining the sheets. I had to show a time stamp of the sheets and he gave me a damn look and said, “really?”

Smelled upon entrance as NO air circulating until get in room. Bathroom hot & water dripping in tub with drain closed so needed to drain et-cetra & no exhaust fan for heat from shower & musty smell. But construction as well so at entrance and believe effecting the overall upkeep or simply needs assistance. I like to say--get what i pay for. For only needing it to shower & sleep ok.

Convenient and accommodating when I neglected to book the right amount of nights. Very nice

Just the pool was a little dirty

This place was a complete joke. The pictures on the website are false. This place is falling apart, my first day was just horrible. We arrive late @9:00 pm from a long trip to walk into the two rooms I had booked. Both of them had mold on the sheet skirt, the rooms smelled so bad like complete mold like very old smell, so unbearable. The AC was working but the thermometer was set @ 73’ it felt like I was in a ice box it never turned off. The door to the closet was broken the showers were super nasty black stuff all under the shower mat, the next day it started pouring down raining just to come and find out that the room my family was in was leaking like just coming down. As I got closer it looked like this was something they knew about Bcz it was just patched up. This was a busy week for all hotels around this area, I was traveling from out of state to visit TXS University. So booking another run wasn’t an option. My girls got sick and i believe it had to do with the smell of mold and the AC not cutting off. One of the front door personnel was super nice about everything Andrea I give her two thumbs up for doing her best at what for me was a nightmare.

Everything this place should be inspected so many violations.
