"Good"

The location was close to my destination Southwest Texas State Univ. The breakfast was good and well serviced. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The air conditioner control did not work properly. Would only blow air on fan, not auto, and very cold temp. (Could not control temp once we got air to blow on fan. (Reported this to the lady at the front desk the next morning). The wooden fence around the pool was dilapidated and the pool was green and unusable.
