Great Experience We checked in with Sue, she was so helpful and we ended up with an upgrade to an ocean view and larger room for a minimal rate. The porter staff was amazing, shoutout to Kenny for always helping us out with travel arrangements, not easy with a party of 8. Breakfast was standard and always fresh and saves a ton of money. Happy hour drinks are strong and the snacks are just snacks, chips, veggies, pretzels ect. Quick walk to the beach and shopping and restaurants are literally outside the door. Definitely would recommend for the family

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location was ideal for beach and access to shopping and restaurants. But what made it great was the amazing STAFF. It started with check-in with Erick at the front desk. Really friendly and helpful when we had a room change situation (not the hotel fault in any way). The valet guys also help with luggage, SUPER helpful and friendly. At poolside, Otto was OUR GUY! Had warm towels on hand, gave great info and tips about the island. We realized he's also very engaged in keeping the pool area safe and fun. We looked forward to seeing him at reception time in the evenings. At breakfast, one of the guys on the clean up crew (bus boys?) gave reaaally good advice about exploring the island and made a huge difference in our touring strategy. Rooms were clean and comfy. There are self-laundry facilities which is a big deal for me. Would definitely return.
