Room reeked of old cigarette smoke. Bed full of stains. Will never come back.

Its always clean

The Property charged me a different rate upon check in. Told me the rate I booked at is not right because I have to pay their commission for booking through a 3rd party. I could have stayed at a much nicer more comfortable Property for less due to them charging whatever they felt like after booking.

Great location and access to highway and excellent staff named Ms. Shivani.

Good location. The facilities in the room works.

The room did not look very clean. The room had a bad smell. The sheets were not very clean. I and my family did not have any breakfast at the facility because we weren't impressed with the cleanliness.

When I arrived early for check in, I was told very curtly that my room would be ready at 3pm. I returned at around 2:40pm, got my keys, and payed the $200 deposit (pretty high and actually cost more than what I paid to stay for two nights) and was told the room would be ready at 3pm. I waited in my car, and at 3:15, the room was still not ready (highly unprofessional cleaner who enjoyed taking his sweet time regardless of the check in time). I started to walk back inside to ask, and was shouted at by i'm assuming the receptionist in the parking lot that it would be just five more minutes. I saw the cleaner, and despite saying I needed to be in the room asap since I had a place to be at 4pm, he reiterated the 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, he was still not done so I went inside to ask what the holdup was. Begrudgingly, the same receptionist said she would book me in another room, and I finally got in half an hour after I was supposed to be checked in. Needless to say, I was also late for my 4pm appointment. Overall, considering what I paid for the room, it wasn't a bad hotel aside from the general location, but the extremely poor customer service just soured everything else about it.

Great place to stay however sound proofing could use some work
