"Im not staying here again rude staff"

Location the heater worked

The damage deposit wasnt returned as promised & the staff did a walk through flipped the blankets. Very rude.

The rooms were dirty when we got there I used its cloth to clean up and was charged $40 because I got the towels dirty was told I should’ve came to the front and asked for a mop. I was willing to go to Walmart and replace towels with better quality towels, they said it was their policy and they offered me to take home the dirty towels.
