Constantinou Bros Athena Beach Hotel

We enjoyed our holiday at the Athena Beach Hotel in a swim-up superior double room. It was the best experience we have ever had in Cyprus. The staff, an international team, were without exception extremely friendly, nice and always helpful. No question went unanswered. German is spoken relatively rarely, but English worked everywhere, of course. Great people, great weather, great food and drinks, great pools, great holiday. We simply wanted for nothing.

We stayed at the Athena Beach from 13th-20th December, and it was wonderful! The hotel is immaculate and to a very high standard. The staff are amazing, so polite and friendly and cannot do enough for you. We stayed in a superior sea view with elite class benefits, and enjoyed breakfast in the Leda restaurant which is served until 11am. There is a wide choice of food to suit all tastes, and an egg station where you can have fried/poached or fresh omelettes. As we were staying during the winter months, there was plenty of seating and sunbeds available. The pool area and gardens are beautiful and well looked after. Our room was cleaned everyday and towels were replaced daily. We used the indoor pool and spa facilities, the massage was of high quality and was great value for 60 euros each. There wasn't a great deal open in the area, but this is to be expected with it being the winter season, but we did hire a car and travelled to neighbouring villages and the harbour area very easily. The room was very comfortable, and we were treat to fresh fruit and wine on arrival as per the elite class benefits. Bed was huge and comfortable. Plenty of drawers and hanging space for clothes. The sea is on the doorstep, with immediate access by a jetty. Its no wonder that guests return year after year, as this hotel is fabulous and the service is impeccable. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Excellent location in respect to sight-seeing and entertainment activities, pleasant surroundings and facilities, good value for money

Fantastic hotel with great location on the sea front. Ample sunbeds to choose from, indoor swimming pool. Rooms are equipped with everything you need from toiletries to robe and slippers. Nice size fridge. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast has Ample options for all including gluten-free section. Allergen labels are used. Massage in the spa was a little disappointing. I would return and recommend.

Winter Tale was greeted by friendly administrators at the counter, Julia was especially helpful, thank you very much to her, she is very welcoming and conscientious

I have visited this hotel many times over the years and standards never drop. The food the cleanliness the environment are always perfect. The main thing about the hotel is the staff. From Mr Yannis the MaitreDe to his well organised restaurant staff including a lovely lady with blonde hair an red lips. In the Elite restaurant Millena and her assistant Adrianna. To the bar staff under the the supervision of Mr Naggis the bar manager and a special mention to Evellletta the waitress who never stops. So many more I could mention including Mrs Vuella who has taken over a new job in management and has carried it on from the previous lady Mrs O’Dille. I cannot congratulate this hotel enough.

We had the most perfect holiday here and there is so much to write about. This was our first holiday with our 1 year old and we also had boys of 7, 16 and 20 with us. Location - located on the beach, starting the day listening to the waves, reading my book was heaven. Local shops and bars are close by and the aphrodite waterpark is just down the road. Rooms - We had two rooms joined together and they were spacious and nice enough. On the ground floor and facing the road wasnt the best but it was fine. Food - The food was amazing. Always something different to eat. The Al la carte restaurants were something special and we were able to get food when we landed at their late night restaurant. Entertainment/Staff - Animation team were excellent, and always made everyone feel welcome. All the staff were great with our baby and were very friendly. Through the week there was a casino night, Cypriot bbq and lots of other acts. Last thing to say, the views and sunsets are beautiful and really make the holiday feel special. This is probably why there was a wedding here most days. Will definitely return.

A little concerned over the size of the hotel, but the service was first class, attention to detail was good… even experienced a 5.5 earthquake whilst packing to go home… eventful!

Family vacation, the location the food and the environment were exactly as we expected. Warm pool in the winter is a great option

Great location, great rooms. Amazing food and the staff are just lovely, friendly and helpful, definitely recommend , can't fault the place , everyone is out to make sure your stay is a good one and you are treated like royalty, love it 🤩☀️✅
