Hotel staff couldn't do enough for u always polite and friendly management too was great . They had some great Entertainment on ( elvis presley) amazing 👏. Our room was with sea view very clean and nice . Value for money definitely

Have to buy water was very disappointing No sandy beach Most rooms sea view was good Excellent decorated for x-mas . Elvish show too good . Learning dancing plus point . Food selection was good . No apple juice .

Rooms were clean, but very dated. Furniture was almost as good as the thrift store particles board furniture I got in college. Buffet food was passable, but on site restaurants were awful. Venture to town for dinners. Cool was not heated outside. I swam, but it’s very chilly. Pool cleanliness was exceptional. You would think they would want to heat it to make it usable for all the guests. Inside pool was nice and about 78 F. Jacuzzi was also only 80 F.

Really Lovely hotel, set in beautiful grounds. Very Comfortable rooms and facilities. Fantastic food. Friendly and helpful staff.

It’s been a great two weeks I have been here with groups five times and will be returning 7 th. April 26 It’s like Paradise, great rooms, enjoyable food plus evening entertainment Strongly recommend anyone to come to this hotel Have even got to know the friendly staff Will be sorry to have to leave tomorrow

Great location 30 min walk to central Paphos, or regular bus service. Hotel clean. Rooms well equipped. Bed comfy. Buffet food very good. Loads of friendly helpful staff. Spa, bowling greens, outdoor pools, themed evening entertainment- so plenty to do.

We had a 4 night stay and from start to finish it was amazing! Best hotel we have ever stayed in. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I visited Cyprus for the first time in 40 years, it was our Ruby Wedding Anniversary, we were married in Cyprus. We chose the Athena Beach because the reviews are so good and it is very hard to find a negative review. We used EasyJet holidays. The location on the costal path means that it's an easy and delightful stroll into Pathos. The hotel, the staff and the location lived up to the previous reviews, they are all excellent. The food was well prepared, the various theme nights meant that there was always something different to eat and the staff in the buffet we very attentive. The rooms were clean, the housekeepers were very efficient and polite and overall the housekeeping side was very well run with excellent staff, a credit to the Hotel. The bar staff were always very helpful and where ever you sat, a waiter would appear to take your order, really good service. We never used any of the restaurants as we found that the buffet more than covered our needs and you were able to "pick and mix". I am a Coeliac and the hotel provided a good supply of Gluten Free bread, cake and biscuits, and I asked for a gluten free pancake for breakfast, they were to die for, absolutely perfect and the lady who served then was a diamond. The hotel was busy, I must admit the Bowling Teams were preferable to a couple of Rugby Teams, and they, the Bowlers did liven up the hotel. Top Tip - Don't go swimming in the outdoor pool in December, it's cold, Brass Monkey's come to mind. Overall my wife and I had a really excellent experience for our Ruby Wedding, the hotel recognised that this was a special occasion with a bottle of bubbly,....Thanks. A big thanks to the Athena Hotel and it's really dedicated staff for making our holiday special. Would we go again, certainly but probably not in December, May or October next year is very probable.
