At times the restaurant & bar was grossly understaffed. We had to wait 2 hours on Saturday for our dinner & then the meal was not good ! - Apparently only one cook in the kitchen & only one barman.

Breakfast was fresh. Housekeeping every day with nice approachable staff. Friendly atmosphere. Walking distance to Wailoaloa area along the beach (approx 2km 25mins)

This hotel is very comfortable. Food is fabulous and staff are so helpful. Our children love the pool and we love the cocktails and the long stretch of sand to laze on as the sun sets.
