Cleaning staff were friendly & helpful

Lighting was harsh. Down lights over bed, no soft lighting Light switch for main area was either by front door or by the bed in the bedroom, nothing in living room (unpractical). There is construction going on, but that is not advertised in listing, you don't find out until after you have booked & it's too late. I daresay the room I stayed in was likely due for an upgrade. Only a Donna on the bed, no separate sheet which means the bed became too hot and there was no alternative cover.

The staff were amazing, really friendly. We loved the wee Cafe and nail salon

Funny smell coming from the drains, the air con kept dropping in temperature and the beds need a refresh very lumpy

Could not see outside so I can not tell what I liked..

The TV was not working when we got and thanks to a couple of staff got channel nine so we could do watch state of origin…

Reception staff were excellent. My car got parked in and they helped with getting it out. Room was a big size and welcoming / clean Very comfortable bed. 2nd TV in bedroom was nice. When main Tv froze maintenance fixed it. Spa bath we didn't use. On site restaurant was nice View of Golf Course

All the renovations although when finished it will be better. Areas closed off spoilt the overall look. Foxtel off for our stay Pools were a bit cold
