Pelican Waters Resort

Love the pools, location, convenience of the restaurant and outdoor parking as well as underground parking, the gym and above all the people, staff are so helpful. Have stayed here before and will again 😃❤️☀️

Not having the time to stay longer

The resort is very boring. The amenities lack everything. The cheap kmart appliances in the rooms are awful. I would not recommend a stay here.

The charge you surcharges after you book through booking.com even thought the price says all taxes and surcharges. There were major renovations and at time when communicating with the propertty did they mention this as all food was limited. Pelican Waters is isolated to a point. If we new the restaraunt was closed we would have changed properties. When the charged the card there was no mention of surcharges just took the extra funds. The staff do not care about gthe people staying.

Beautiful location

The mattress was horrible. It’s my only real complaint. The main reason to get accomodation is to sleep there so the bed should be the main priority sadly it was not.

Restaurant mrals restricted. Shouldnt have the menuvin the rooms if the restaurant wasnt 100% available.
