Przede wszystkim czystosc na najwyższym poziomie. Lokalizacja, wygodne łóżka, pomocny personel. W pokoju klima,sejf i lodówka.

Bardzo głośne odgłosy z ulicy, niezależne od hotelu, ale władze powinny interweniować na podstawie monitów w sprawie nocnych rajdów sportowych ryczących aut. Slaba telewizja.

"Great Hotel for a City Break."

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of Kraków's Old Town and many attractions. My room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. I truly enjoyed my time here and would gladly stay again.
