Hotel Wielopole

We had a great experience with Hotel Wielopole in Kraków. During the organization of our group stay, the team was flexible, responsive, and extremely helpful. They answered all our questions promptly and also arranged our airport transfers, which made the trip much easier. Based on the feedback from our Hungarian group who stayed there last week, the hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff were kind, attentive, and always willing to help, and the breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food. The hotel's location is excellent. Thanks to its central position, our group's entire weekly program could be managed on foot. All the major museums, attractions, and points of interest were within easy walking distance, which was very convenient for our participants. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kraków. Thank you for the excellent service!

The staff was so nice and very helpfull. The ladies from the reception desk and the one from the breakfast. Talking about the breakfast, the buffet was very tasty and varied (fruits, delicious types of bread, cheese, jams, etc) The shower was perfect too.

The curtains didn't really darkened the room and in the morning the sunlight filtered through the curtains.

Neither my granddaughter nor I had ever been to Poland. We didn’t know the language and we’re both somewhat directionally challenged. When we arrived in Krakow, the people at the desk immediately helped us get to the Old City for a simple dinner. The next day we wanted to go swimming at Zakerzowie (sp?) and the staff helped us find the tram we would need to get there. We found the tram without too many problems and after we got off the train and were walking to Zak, I noticed that I didn’t have the bag which contained our swimsuits. We immediately stopped because we knew we wouldn’t be able to go swimming. On our way back some people advised us to call the tram company. So we returned to the hotel and the lovely people at the desk said they would call the tram company to see if they found our bag. In the evening, after our trip to Auschwitz’s (which they also helped us with) they told us that our bag had been found and that it would be available for us to claim at the tram office the next morning. So the next morning, once again they helped us with instructions on how to get the tram we needed to retrieve the bag. We were so grateful for all of their help, it would be difficult to thank them properly. Their personal attention went beyond what was necessary. We loved the Hotel Wielopole. It was fun to sit on the little balcony outside our room. We loved the close proximity of the hotel to the old city. We especially loved the small but cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the wonderful staff who make it so. We are very grateful and look forward to returning to Hotel Wielopole someday.

Location and staff for a three star hotel it can’t be beat

La ubicación es perfecta: cerca de todo y al mismo tiempo sin agobios. La habitación era cómoda y muy silenciosa. El baño es moderno y la ducha funciona muy bien. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno tiene todo lo necesario.

Amazingly kind staff! Lovely place to stay and such beautiful rooms.
