Very convenient, heated pool

Hotel was very crowded with people. At breakfast and in elevators. I was on the top floor and riding in a packed elevator. Not ideal at anytime, but especially during covid. The pool area was uncrowded and the beach,most were probably using spa. My room was clean and modern and I head a great view of the dead sea. I think every room would have a good view. I didn't think the hotel was rundown, but service was lacking

Breakfast was great. Not all staff understood English so we had some misunderstandings. On site parking was limited so we were sent to a lot across the street which was a bit of a walk back to the hotel.

Property is well maintained. Room was spacious and comfortable. Shower was great. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful

The good service and the front personnel excellent

Good food, good spa, great service at the lounge. Parking is not easy, but better than other properties. Elevators can be really crowded.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel very much and will consider it for further stay in the area. 1. The check-in / check-out is quick and efficient. 2. All the staff are friendly and helpful. 3. The room (the Moav floor) was excellent. New amenities, and very clean. The lounge is good. 4. However, the a/c wasn't cooling, since this is winter and it can be only for Fan / Heat. This is unacceptable for an hotel such is this. The room temperature was 27 degrees celsius and we had to open the balcony door, for cool fresh air. The weather was ok so it wasn't a problem eventually, however, if the weather was hotter or there was a lot of noise from outside, it would have been a problem! 5. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. 6. The food - breakfast and dinner were excellent. We payed for dinner 200 ILS per person on Friday evening. I think this price is very much value for money and I would recommend the meals at this hotel. 7. We enjoyed the pool (which was warm) and the salt water pool in the spa. Their are great, and the area around them is very nice and comfortable. 8. My wife had a massage in the spa. The massage therapist was extreamly professional and she enjoyed it very much. I think the price was reasonable as well. 9. The last point is regarding the Ranch-House restaurant. The meat was great and with high quality. The staff were nice and the ambiance was ok. However, we had to wait quite a lot for menus, bill and the sides were of low quality and plain.

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view of the Dead Sea and outdoor pools. Wonderful breakfast included. Hot water pot, coffee and tea in rooms and a small refrigerator. We enjoyed the Dead Sea mineral pool and saunas.

Amazing stay! Hotel is beautiful, very relaxing with a great repertoire of spa services. Meals are very generous and delicious. The staff is extremely friendly and always available for any request. Highly recommended!
