When I booked the 2 rooms, nothing on the site mentioned that The property is under construction, we came for my son skin condition and treatment, he can’t leave the room therefore we couldn’t escape the chipping and hammering noice, we been promised full refund from the hotel, however when we checked out, nobody agreed to that.

We had a fabulous break in Nevo staff were very helpful the pool side very clean and pleasant throughout the day. Spa well managed I had a most relaxing massage. Buffet dinner was good great variety. We have been to this hotel several times before they remodeled the bathrooms and room feels fresh.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had a standard room. The room was spacious. It faces sideways to the Dead Sea but you can say it. The staff was very nice. The food was good. We had massages at the spa which were delightful. The only downside of our room which was on the pool side of the building, was that the pool decided to start playing loud music at 8 a.m.. so if you want to sleep late make sure you do not stay on that side. The hotel also has a private Beach area where you can go and float in the Dead Sea and sit on the shores. Travelers tip: try and go here in the offseason
